For brands

Nightlife sponsorship, with a number attached.

Brands skip nightlife because nobody can tell them how many people showed up. We can — the venue confirms it and the door scans it.

The evaluation

What a night costs per person in the room.

Divide what you spend by the people the venue confirmed. That’s your real cost per attendee — a person in the room for three or four hours, with your brand around them.

Why the number is different here

A follower count tells you who posts. A draw tells you who shows up.

What you’re usually offered
  • Follower countA different number — who follows, not who comes
  • Venue capacityHow many could fit, not how many came
  • “How it usually goes”An estimate from someone selling to you

What to look for

The same draw across several nights, not one big night. The rooms the numbers came from — 250 in a 300-person room means more than 250 at a festival.

What it isn’t

A promise. A draw is a record of what happened, not a forecast. The room, the date, the weather and the lineup still decide the night.

The asset you take away

A crew that films the night, on the same booking.

A logo on a flyer is hard to justify twice. Add a creative package and the night leaves you footage you can use.

  • Basic · a photographer
  • Premium · a photographer, a videographer and marketing
  • Deluxe · photo, video, an event host, a dancer and an organizer
  • Gelatin matches vetted creatives from our roster
  • You approve the work before the crew is paid. If they don’t deliver, you’re refunded for that role, minus a coordination fee.

The creative signs off on the final content. It belongs to you and the creative — Gelatin is just the tool you booked through.

Add crew (optional)

Add vetted creatives from Gelatin’s roster to the night — one invoice, held in escrow.

Ways in

Three ways this usually works.

Single night

Sponsor one event with a proven DJ in a room you picked from the record. The cheapest way to test the audience.

A series or residency

Back a recurring night. Repeat nights are where sponsorship pays off, and the draw shows by month two if it’s working.

Roster partnership

Back a group of DJs across a city. Best when you care about a scene, not one venue.
